Quick question, must i divulge my current address on the "Statement of information for a Consent Order in relation to a financial remedy" when this form is submitted to the court alongside a consent order.
If i do have to give this information, will the STBX or her solicitor have access to this information.
I currently cohabit with my partner and she is not happy for me to disclose this information.
The reason i want my address kept confidential is due to to previous physical and verbal abuse from the STBX towards both of us.

Thank you

Call the court and explain the problem, if this was the case all the way through the divorce I assume you filled in a form to keep your address private, did you do this?.

Hi Dukey, thank you for your reply.
I did fill in the form asking to keep my address private however at First hearing Judge ordered that as it was one of ex''s questions on reply to form E questionnaire she ruled that the question had to be answered. This was because i should have brought it up in the hearing and i did not, i believed i could do it later when i filed answers.Up till yet i have answered every question except declaring my address.
The court have my new address. Since first hearing STBX sol has not asked me to answer this question so i am hoping they now feel it is of little relevance.
Can you tell me if both parties have to fill in form D81 or is it possible ex''s sol will fill in my part based on form E information he already has? STBX is applicant in Ancillary Relief proceedings.

Thanks

You both have to view D81 and given the judge said you must answer the question from FDA i can`t see the judge allowing you to omit the address, you could ask i suppose.

I take it you have talked with the police about this problem?, they tend to be more sensible.

I had a letter from the police stating there was an existing harrasment warning issued on my ex, however judge still ruled that i must give my address despite this. The letter stated it would be best to with hold my current address to prevent any further incidents.Judge still said answer the question :(
