Hi

I would like to highly recommend a book to anyone who is struggling with or has struggled with very difficult relationships, particularly if they themselves display co-dependent traits (characterised by putting others'' needs before your own, not facing your own issues, fixing others, supporting people with addictions, rollercoaster relationships etc.).

The book is called ''The emotionally abusive relationship'' by Beverly Engel.

If you suspect a partner or ex partner of having a personality disorder such as BPD (Borderline Personality Disrder) or NPD (Narcissistic Personality Disorder) then this book is absolutely spot on. There will be bingo moments ahoy!! The lightbulbs will go on....there will be ''aha'' moments galore.

Don''t live in the dark, read this book and you may be on a path to working out why your relationships are or have been difficult and what you can do to heal or find the strength to leave them.
