I do (and always have) still read 2/3 books per week - but then I teach English for a living... so perhaps it doesn't count ;)

Kite Runner - a favourite - love the classics (particlularly Jane Austen and Anthony Trollope), read all Dan Brown's... Michael Connolly - fantastic.

I also saw 'The Grudge' - didn't get it either and scary as hell. Not into horror as a genre - like psychological thrillers though... make you think.

My latest read? A non-fiction book: The Marriage Delusion - more on that later...

Currently reading the " Act of Love " by Howard Jacobsen. Very hard going though and about the difficulties of relationships. I tend to read 1-2 books a week usually.

I LOVE reading! I've just finished the first two books in the Stieg Larsson trilogy -'The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo' and 'The Girl Who Played with Fire', both excellent if you like a good thriller. Am just waiting on a friend to finish the final installment and pass it on...

I did not read so much after my dad died and during my divorce...

However, someone special to me rekindled my love of books and I have recently started to enjoy the guilty pleasure of Amazon buying and browsing of book stores.

If you want to talk books... try talking to ILMK, now that man knows his books. :)

Im an avid reader, and have been since early childhood. I read approx 3 books a week, usually biographies of historical figures, novels set during the Middle Ages, thrillers and some fluffly chick-lit.

I didnt read for quite some time during my separation/divorce (I simply didnt have the concentration!), but once I was able to read again, I realised what I had been missing!

Perhaps we should have a Wiki Book Club? (Im always more than happy to discuss books )

I have four books on the go at the moment and depends how I am feeling as to which one I pick up to read:

Moving Forward - Dave Pelzer
At my mother's knee - Paul O'Grady
Notes from a Small Island - Bill Bryson
The Water Babies - Charles Kingsley

A mixed bag to say the least.
