I'm not opposed at all.......but my main point has been that the children and i as a family unit have time together.

And yes i have loads to do.....busy working mum of three, it would be nice to have a day off to make the house look less like a bomb site.....and no better person to hand over to than dad rather than annual leave and nursery!!!

Will inform my solicitor of the court papers tomorrow and take it from there xx
