I thank you for your encouragement and advice. Can you tell me how long does it usally take to get PR? My on going case has been ensuing now for 2 years, and still i dont have pr?

in my case Pr was passed through very quickly, im sure within a month. good luck to you

I too feel your pain and as a mother have experienced similar difficulties a court which has 'lost' paper work, a new and inexperienced CAFCASS officer and my children interviewed the day before the final hearing without my consent and knowledge.
The list goes on, but you get the picture.
