You are right Forseti. Although I am involved in a relocation case, I have NEVER stopped and WOULD NEVER stop my children seeing their father. My brother on the other hand has a 10 year old daughter who he has had to fight to see every step of the way. Her mother has poisoned the child's mind against all of us for years, has had to be taken to court numerous times, and still refuses to obey the judgement. What happens? Nothing.

It is totally wrong to stop a child seeing their parent, unless they are violent, and I sympathise with all you dads who suffer because I can see the heartbreak its caused my brother. He has another court hearing on Thursday because the once a week contact he had for some months was stopped by his ex last summer due to his daughter being 'traumatised' for being told off after being very rude to my mum! Ridiculous.
