Hi i would try and include the following:

introduction - why you want to leave, circumstances

background - chronology really, including when meet ex, when seperated, when children were born etc etc, any problems occurred with contact or communication with ex

future- schools, support network, etc plans that are in place for in the new country

proposal for future contact with ex-

relate your reasoning for leaving and the childrens new life to the child welfare list

hope this helps

i wouldnt use info from family and friends, but if you have letters confirming school places, cotracts for a house etc then you can add them as evidence in your statement and attach them to it.

Hi,

I am just about to begin proceedings for Leave to Remove as I have a job in Slovenia and the mother of my step daughter is refusing consent to take her out of the country.

Could you tell me how you get started as I can't find any information on how to apply for the leave to remove.

Thanks
