thank you for all your comments.
I just wanted to say, and , as I said to the judge on the day.
There are no winners, losers today, this is about the kids and securing a stable future for them.

Its not about gender Either, I havent 'won over' on my ex wife.
She probably believed she was doing what she thought was best but the kids didnt have any say, she saw her time as more important than mine with the kids, as she was with them more.

The holidays are all booked now for this year, christmas is set out for the next 5 years, we know what we are doing and that is good.
I hope things will settle down now, yes she is angry at the moment, very angry, but I had no choice, normal life will eventually emerge and everyone will be happier. I will not be on edge wondering if I am going to see my kids and there is some other excuse or place to collect them from, ah peace at last, for a while.

I wold recommend anyone, represent yourself in court, it is easy.
It is daunting, but believe me the courts are there to help you.

What is most important?
Keep records, diaries etc.
Be good, do not do anything to intimidate your ex, do the best for the kids.
Sometimes you have to bite the bullet, being told you cant see your kids is the worst thing in the world and especially from the other person you had them with, but, your day will come.

There are some great McKenzie friends out there and even if it really is just a friend, use them, you need support in court, if its just someone there for you.
