then all I can say is that I echo toms post. why??

Don't give up. even if the courts don't work with you and shut u down completely

Do any thing possible to remain in contact.

Even if you don't see your DC for 10 years and they come find you.

dont you want to be able to look them in the face and say that you did everything possible to stay in their lives?

They all turn into adults..whether its responsible, irresponsible. PAS'd, nothing..they all want answers at some point.

be strong, dont let a piece of paper determine your relationships. it will not matter in 2/5/10/15/20/25 years.

we ALL want to know where we came from.

I agree with Tom on this one. Do as he sais and look at a photo of her. Can you really let that go. I would not go to my grave a happy man if I was not a father to my little girl. No one will stop me for her sake. I will fight for her rights and you should do the same.
STAY WITH IT FOR YOUR DAUGHTER

I agree entirely with Tom (I can't believe he's on a warning - scandalous).

Many fathers are indeed eventually forced to give up, but only after many years of fighting, the expenditure of tens if not hundreds of thousands, and after exploring every possible avenue.

After 15 months many cases are barely beginning, and it certainly isn't possible in that brief time to try every solution. I agree that fathers shouldn't have to endure this absurd and wicked system just to see their children, but that's the reality.

It's your decision, but one you will certainly regret.

Krth,
I am currently on a warning from the admin of this site, otherwise I would be now ripping into you.

It's never a good idea to 'rip' into people. We are a support site. If you feel you cannot support - don't! It's a choice and everyone is free to choose. Challenge / debate / disagree.... no problem. But no ripping into :)

That's all we ask.... we even supply the tea (courtesy of Tets) ;)

Krth - I would have to agree with the other posters here. Having read your story, you have my utter sympathy. Can you live with your decision? Probably. Will you regret it? Possibly. That's for you. And your daughter? Can she live with it? Will she regret it? She will certainly pay for it :(

That you haven't bonded yet (as you put it) doesn't mean it's over... what age is she now? 19/20 months? Her life is only just beginning... how lovely for her if her daddy was also in it...
