It all depends what happened at the first hearing.

Were there any requests for information, statements, CAFCASS or anything else?

Hi Legion

That is not the answer to the question.

Need to know what happened at the first hearing so that a second hearing was required.

Lets deal with that first

i applied 4 contact, have nt seen my daughters for nearly 2 years because i had cancer and had 2 go thru treatment, my youngest i have never seen? anyway, she is now moving, has said that i have been hittng her when we were 2gether? it is not true, the police where called once, but i knew nothing about it until 2 weeks later, spoke 2 the police explained there was no violence, so the matter was not taken any further. that was 3 years ago, we tried 2 make it work, but with no luck, so hence i left 4 good. she has other 3 children by a previous marrage and she is also saying they r frightenned of me? but thats alot of rubbish, they even stayed with me when we were trying 2 work things out? so now social services and caffcass r involved, we are due 2 go back 2 court on may 6th

Hi Legion

You do not say if you are legally represented, I presume because you don't appear to understand what is happening that you are not.

First, you need to calm down and be a little more detailed with the facts if we are to help you from here.

Secondly, which came first? The ex telling you she was moving or your application for contact?

With regard to CAFCASS and SS have they appeared in court or has the judge asked for them for the next hearing?

If you don't give more details, no one will be able to help you. Forget about the alegations for now, if you have not been convicted of anything then they can be dealt with later. Stick to info on the 1st court hearing and what happened.

i do have a solicitor, i applied for contact 1st then she decided 2 move, and she is doing on the 26th march, caffcass will do reports by the next court hearing and i have 2 submitt my hospital records, that is not a problem? sorry if i sound confused, new 2 all this and my solicitor seems useless? also i asked for dna tests 2 be done on my eldest and youngest daughters, so thats happening early april, think she will get her other 3 children 2 do statements against me as she is good at turning people against each other, her other 3 r 15, 13 and 11
