Hi Everyone

Is anyone able to tell me please, what the procedure is after you have applied to vary a Contact Order? Do you have to attend Court again ?

Yes, you will have to attend coutr again. The process is usually similar to when an applicaton is first made - court will list for first appointment, normally on a Cafcass day - Cafcass may contact both parties in advance to do safegaurding checks (This may depend on how recently the original order was made, and whether it is alleged that there are any new safety issues)

Will we have a meeting with the CAFCASS officer also then, like we did with the application for the Contact Order?
