Could anyone please tell me the full meaning of LTR.
I have just lost my LTR case and my daughter will now have to live in another Germany against her will.

With LTR being granted, i have been posed with a question. Does this mean it has only been granted for 'that' country or does this entitle her to be taken anywhere in or outside of the EU? Is there an extent to how Far LTR goes?

i am trying to salvage shared residence from this, also

thank you

The order is to remove from the jurisdiction of the court in which the order was made. The local laws will apply thereafter and potentially the process can begin again in the new jurisdiction.

Thanks
so does that mean if they wish to move to another juristriction, they will have to abide by the laws of that country(area).
Assume this means i will have to check out the German Law to get an answer as to how this applies?
Have i got this right?

Yes, the English court cannot make orders that apply in other countries unless the child was taken from the country without permission in which case recovery orders can be made and enforced in other countries providing they are signatories to the Hague Convention as is most of Europe.
