Dear members

There is update on my case.

Briefly my son was abducted and retained in pak in breach of high court Wardship ward.I have intermin contact order and my wife was allowed 4 weeks holidays in pakistan after signing an undertaking. But after 4 weeks she refused to returned after 4 weeks and i applied for specific order and was given wardship orders. But she did not return for 1 year.My visa got expired and I returned to pak and issue court proceedings here. But she ran back to uk with my son.
Now update is

she has applied to discharge wardship proceedings.

On hearing at 29 April judge has order

1.A solicitor is appointed for child
2.Cafcass appointed for child as guardian
3.file an affidivat for applicant

Next hearing is on Tuesday.

Do you have any idea what would happen on next hearing.Bearing in mind
I am oversea unable to present in hearing although my solicitor would
2.Would court discharged wardship order
3.what would be role of child solicitor

I need your input please
Thank you very much for your time.
