Hi all.

Can anyone tell me the cost of court fee for a Directions hearing, I am self repping and have permission to 'take it back for directions' if needs be, prior to a hearing in 6 months time.

Thanks

Am no expert but I think the cheapest way would be a letter to the clerk of the court stating that you would like the case relisted for a further Directions hearing and make reference to the Judge comment that you should be allowed to do this.
