You need to focus a little on what you want, which is I assume a good level of contact. An SRO when all said and done means very little in terms of contact, just that the children have two places they can call home, there was a case a while ago where a poster got an SRO which covered 2 hours / month in a contact centre.
You need to apply yourself to getting the best contact you can.
