I know someone will be able to answer for me. What determines a Final Order please with regard to Contact?

I believed that I had one last November and now it seems my ex is returning to Court to vary the Order. Can he do this?

Many thanks

A Final Order does not prevent your ex from seeking to apply for further S8 orders or to change an existing contact order.
