I''ve applied to vary the existing order and have a date for the court hearing but unlike in previous court appearances they have not asked for a position statement.

Do I send one in regardless? I am slightly concerned as at the last hearing we both gave opening statements, me first very polite and trying not to be too contentious then her solicitor obviously dragging me down, then the magistrates went off to discus it and came back with their decision. I was never given the opportunity to say anything else or explain in more detail.
