We go to a contested hearing next week. My ex has refused to let our son stay over as per interim contact order on grounds that he doesn''t want to. trying to appoint a guardian at contested hearing as worried about triangulation of the child and manipulation at home etc. Been told to get a barrister. Is this really necessary?
