Does a new child arrangements order supercede the previous order?

1) If elements in the previous order have been left off the new one (ie, the child is to live with XXX), does this mean there is no 'lives with' order anymore?

2) what does this mean: the application for an enforcement order is adjourned generally with liberty to restore..?

part 1 is scaring me!

Thank you in advance
