My STBX has requested (via court) that I meet him halfway on a Sunday evening to collect the children to bring them home after his contact weekend.

Firstly, we live 1.45 hours apart.
He chose to move away from the area when we separated.
He has a company car and most fuel paid for. Earns over £200k a year.
I claim universal credit due to low income (despite working full time), and have to meet all my own car expenses.
He only wants to reduce his own journey time.
His plan will also mean that our children (5 and 10) won't get home until an hour later than he currently brings them home.

Will a magistrate make me do this? I ferry the children around for 26 days of every month incurring all the travel expenses. I think the least he can do is bring them home twice a month.

Thank you for any advice or thoughts on this.
