Hi,
Just wandered if anyone has been issued a " No Order" after Final Child Hearing, child loves spending time with the non-resident parent, just 12, 11 when application went in, and non-resident parent suspects child has "Demand Avoidance" (PDA) now. Does anyone know please if any Solictior offers - free family law advice for 1/2 hour, from the Law Society site, i am in the process of phoning to ask someone to look at Order,,, The emphasis now, child 12, is - very much child led".. Thankyou very much ..

I’m not sure at what point you’re at now.

There is a “no order principle”, so courts will make “no order” unless it is in the child’s best interests to do so in essence.

If you need any further assistance with your case I offer a free consultation.
