I am mother of a 9 years old kid. I applied for NMO in Sep-21 and it was granted but later in hearing in response my ex also applied for NMO and CAO with C1A which was full of lies.
About NMO, we crossed undertaken as suggested by my solicitor at that time so that we can focus on sorting out finance and child matter.
I am LIP at the moment, now I have received email from court that our case is listed for Gatekeeping appointment. I do not know what to do next? I want to response on C1A. Can somebody please guide?

A gatekeeping hearing is done in your absence and decides who should look at the case. Magistrates or a district judge (or deputy) will be assigned and if they have received cafcass safeguarding information they may order a report to be done (typically a Section 7).
You should have received paperwork with their application with a space to respond to allegations, or you can submit a statement to court.
Be mindful that everything you write should be how it impacts the child, either directly or indirectly.
If you have any further questions I’d be happy to assist.
