child maintenance not being spent on them but new partner

hi
im paying child maintenance for two of my boys but it is clear its not being spent on them but on her new partner and them saving to get married . what can i do about this?

CM really forms part of the household "pot" - so unless your children are obviously going without clothes, food, shelter, etc; there isn't much you can do about where the CM is spent. I agree, in theory it should be spent on the children, but the reality is that it is part of the overall household funds
