Hi

Can cnyone tell me what happens next? After sending in form D50k to the family court, I then had to pay £105 as they told me they would need to appoint a bailiff to serve papers on him. Then the court told me that the judge had said the best thing would be to file form D151 to register the maintenance order with the magistrates court so it becomes a judgement debt. I have done this now. My ex lives 180 miles away - will he get a letter from the court asking him to explain why he hasn''t paid me? Will I get notified of any hearing date? What is to stop him telling a whole load of lies regarding his financial affairs?

Anyones help would be gratefully appreciated thanks
