Hi
He will need to pay from the date he recieved the form (MEF) this date is called the effective date and it should be on your award notification. You wont need to pay any IS back and you should recieve £10.00 per week on top of your IS (going up to £20.00 Feb 2008)once he starts making the payment. You will also be entitled to arrears payments of £10.00 back to the effective date.
