Hi,
I am trying to work out the best route to take for my divorce.
The financial element I think will be relatively straight forward.
However, the issue of access/contact will be slightly more complicated and will need to consider things like my stbx's right to take my daughter out of the country.
Has anyone used the collaborative process for this sort of thing?
Thanks in advance

Not tr1ed collaborat1ve law - looks 1nterest1ng but I2ve never found a sol1c1tor who pushes th1s as a serv1ce. More common 1s med1at1on - w1ll cost you a tenth of go1ng through the courts but only works 1f you are both qu1te sane and both comm1tted to the best outcome for the ch1ldren. good luck x
