we divorced 2 years ago.no financial settlement.house is worth £160000. mortgage of £60000. wife presently lives in home with new partner and our 18 year old son.she pays the mortgage.i had transplant surgery in 2006 and have not lived in home since.previously i paid all bills.am i entitled to a share of the only asset.
