If a Consent Order is made at the end of contact and residence hearings, how much time must pass before either party can apply to change it?

There is no statutory limit if there is a change in circumstance but usually it''s worth sticking with an arrangement for 6 months so an arrangement has time to settle down or the children reach a different stage. Obviously there might be circumstances such as moving or changing jobs when new arrangements need to be negotiated earlier, but of course there is no reason why it necessarily has be done through the courts if agreement can be reached.
