What''s the problem with 10-8pm?

Or you could compromise 10-7pm.

Can I ask why he has so little contact?
Was he generally happy with this arrangement?

I think my original post may have been a bit misleading, he has other contact: alternate weekends, thursdays on alternate weeks. Half the holidays. This was something I offered out of my contact IN ADDITION because he tends to relate less well to one of the children and in normalfamilies parents get to spend time with each child separately. I thought it would help us all.

Ah, ok.

Well, basically I would go along with the idea that flexibility is not necessarily more, and agreement is agreement. If he asks for flexibility on every occasion, and makes an argument over it, it will make him look petty and belligerent if it goes back to court...
