Considering how old you are and the fact theres alot of fathers out there your age who would run a mile from any such responsibility,you stand your ground and fight for your right to see your daughter.

Well done......however I feel you will have a long long long way to go yet if a fecking middle aged couple are vindictive enough to make a student pay the fecking parking fees at ASDA car park.
It''s the minutiae that give away the biggest indicators and this shows that they think you have no right whatsoever in their opinion.

I agree with Haway. Often the parents in law put their foot in. It gets messy. My ex mother in law told me she would poision my daughter against me. She also works in social services. She knew exactly what to allege to make life difficult.
These are just games. Don''t get drawn in. Allow Karma some time to help you.
It could have been a lot worse, they could have alleged a whole raft of items against you. They either dont have deep pockets to do so. Or too scared to lie.

Also, pay him in pennies and ask him to count it. Or send their solicitor a letter with a cheque for 50p. It will cost em more than 50p to process.... (only kidding - don''t inflame them needlessly - just grin and think about it in your head).

Cheers guys, I do think with a Mckenzie friend or a sol I could of possibly gotten more but I''m still happy none the less to get what I got at the first hearing. My ex partner does get legal aid so it won''t be about cost but as much as she''s being difficult I think she''s just going about her concerns so to speak the whole wrong way. I don''t believe she''s being vindictive or intent on shutting me out she''s just being influenced from outside parties.

Yes the car park fees made me chuckle a lot, it''s not in the order mind that I have to pay it mind lol maybe the solicitor even realised how pathetic it would of all sounded, none the less ill of course pay it, I really cba with antagonising them and using uneeded arguments. All that''s important is that I get to see my daughter.

Thanks joe I can''t imagine not fighting for my daughter and can''t imagine how fathers do just walk away from there children and not be guilt ridden for life. I beat myself up everyday that I left my daughter and that I won''t see her everyday but that''s in the past
