That does put a slightly different twist on the story, but if the father had put the work in and changed his ways, he should be allowed to see his children.

I realise that often PWC block contact with the best interests of the children at heart. It could be that the NRP has been unreliable and inconsistent with their contact.

I stand by my comment that education is the way forward. Its important that both father and mothers realise they are equally responsible for bringing up their children and that means for the good and bad bits!
