Hello,

I am applying for fee remission for issuing Form A. In the income section certain incomes are excluded. Does anyone know if Student Loans are excluded? Some places don''t take them into account and some do (because they are loans not income as such).

Any ideas :)

There is a pretty good summary on

www.doyourselfjustice.co.uk/divorcefees.asp

but I''m not sure whether it would help you too much, I''m afraid.

From memory loans are not counted as income but bursary grants are, the good news is fee remission applications seem to be going through right now, but don`t expect an answer in five days though.
