Hi folks

Just read an old thread where there was a discussion regarding fee remissions

I am currently claiming income support and have been throughout the divorce process. I did not apply for legal aid as the solicitor I chose did not take legal aid. I am happy to pay for my solicitor.

However after reading this thread i am confused. Should I have been able to claim my court fees back? If so can I make a back dated claim? Again if so which form do I need?

Thanks

Hi I think it''s EX160A - I''m in a similar position and thought I''d fill it in - they can only say no!
I think you can download it online along with a leaflet explaining things!
Good Luck x
