Has anyone been through FH where

1) The parties involved had been married a long time 15yrs+
2) Theit are no children involved
3) The Wife was younger by some 7 yrs and in employment
4) The husband in retirement and drawing pension.
5) The wife stayed in the FH with new partner
6) The husband moved out to live with new partner

If so what was the outcome of the FH re division of assets and pensions etc?

My ex to the case to a Final Hearing as recently as November 2007. Two children of a long marriage (19 years). One child with each parent. H had large pension, W had been primary carer for children until school age. H made redundant and 3 years later marriage floundered.

H took both children 300 miles away from everything they knew. Child proceedings ensued over residency.

H wanted to keep large pension, shares and have half equity in house. (not much!?). W wanted to pay H 30% of house equity by buy H out and leave him with his large pension and the shares.

Court decided H had 46% of equity, W had 42% of H pension, shares had been sold by H so he kept them. House contents to be shared by agreement.
