False Statement, Medical Lies and Abuse.

Im in real deserate need of some help or advice or just anything at all that may help me in my situation.

Ive been going throught a divorce now for nearly 3 years, I left my ex because my daughter found out he was tracking me through my phone and was my final straw. I couldnt tell her it was wrong while remaining there and being subjected to other treatment. Id already taken 11 years of abuse.

After leaving, i was homeless, he took my van off me, i lost my business, he wouldnt help with child care or costs so i racked up more debt theres loads more to this but ill keep it breif.

After all id been through and have tried to do to get us by had a massive impact on my health and at the time i was unmedicated ADHD and diagnosed with cylothemia. While i was constantly being interogated by him and his solicitor and going through hell, I tried to take my own life and i have been very lucky to survive although my mental health is on a knife edge and im like a coiled spring.

My solicitor, did not seem to take my claims that my ex was going to shift assests and money and start manipulating the situtation, seriously when we began and he did exactly what i thought he would if not worse.

I lost representation and ive been representing myself because the only solicitor i could find im my area offering legal aid couldnt prepare in time for my FDR.

Through out the proceedings ive been suspious of my exs banking activity and statements (Ex Associate Chartered Banker)

Just before the FDR he sent statements to me that were clearly tampered with deleted there decriptions, changed the ammounts of transactions, which then raised my concerns further and confirmed what i thought all along.

There were multiple spelling mistakes, font differences, the alignment was out and the totals didnt balance- Also the plave he had recived the statements from werent even from where statments are generated, The transactions displayed on the statements arent even recorded correctly - Id confirmed this with his bank. Ive looked back through all the statements a and there all like this, back to 2022.

Along side this, We have had to wait so long because we were waiting for a PODE report, a week after this was given - he took early retirment, and this is definatly because it stated if he did i wouldnt get a tax free lump sum. He said hes been on sick and getting sick pay but the wages on his statements are higher than normal and sooo much more is wrong.

I found out about the retirment in a WPO and in this they said he was rendered unable to work yet the letter they gave me to his gp said other wise and blamed his mental health.

So as ive been Self representing and id had a little advice and explained this and how i was feeling about going to court against him alone, I was advised to, Put a private statement into the courts- explaining about my mental health and what id done- and to also do a seperate statement, disputing his claimes on the es2, and provide evidence of all the form E manipulations in comparison to the discloure he sent and baically raise my concenrns and as they said my medical history would be opposed put in further evidence- so i did and because my GP letter wasnt ready in time, I gave them all the hospital appointments id had since 2023 letters with proof of my diagnosis and the events of March. and because the obvious tampered statements come after this i was then told to raise this in a suplemental statement- Which i did.

Fast Forward to at my FDR, my concerns about the statements were completly ignorned, infact they made a joke of me because of this, They fully questioned my health and my capactity to work event though i provided all that evidence and even informed them that because my health and mental healths so bad i wasnt even required to do a health assesment for my LCWRA but then to top it off, They then said there wasnt enough evidence of abuse.

Ive left utterly heart broken and defeated.

Everything ive been through has been ignored, and my daughter has been treat like it hasnt happend, im being treat like im the liar.

The order for the Final hearing - I have to provided several letters from specialists and my GP to state i cant work and i have to have these with in 28 days - i cant even get a appointment with my Endocrinologist right now, i couldnt even get my GP letter in time for the fdr because it takes 12 weeks and im still waiting now, how am i meant to do that im also ill and a single parent and im struggling as it is.

He only needed a GP letter - even though the latter he provided said they were still waiting for scans to confirm, hes gone in that court and totally manipulated the whole situation again, Even thought the total on these statements was £100 out and you can clearly see they have been deleted they werent even bothered.

And when i told the judge i would get legal aid to help me secure representaion for the final hearing, she said i wouldnt get it- then said there was no evidence of domestic abuse right to him and his barrister i felt like crap!!

I know hes been sending money to an account he claimed was his sons and its not and atlead 17k has gone there in the last year, he sold the car we had and the proceeds of that have disapearded hes using a digital wallet and they all laughed that off too and there saying the debts im saying are marital debt is not. yet its for a loan i took out to renovate the FH and furnish.

i feel like im fighting a loosing battle and no one is listening to me. What can i do?
