Anyone any advice on whether putting a statement to the Court Depute of procedural history...(no rant/emotion included of course)..would be of any advantage or would this incense the Court. My case has been bounced around numerous different Sheriffs sitting for over 7 years and there is no apparent monotoring/control. The action is in Scotland.
Thanx
