Frankly, no ! The changes seem to me purely cosmetic when what is needed is a much more comprehensive reform.

Absolutely - I don't know how big a cash cow divorce is for the jobbing solicitor and the court system but I guess it's a reliable income stream.
I know people would complain at simple cut and dried rules that adversely affected them but I can't help thinking that nothing will change until we change it.
