Is your partener cohab with you... it is very hard to prove and unless proof anything seems to go on form E, but you will have chance to question any disputes so dont worry too much and cohab only effects sm/ greater housing needs

your partener has kids so he will have greater housing needs, another point is she will have to pay maintainance for kids and your partener if she higher earner
as for cohabit check electoral reg and see if she declared as living there...you should come off ok if you honest, i have been throughout and my x2b lied but got fh next month and hopefully allwill out
