Hi All,

Based on the few posting here and the conversations I have had on the chat system I'm really starting to believe that this is the tip of the iceburg and as we all know the divorce system is rubbish.

What a travesty! We all end up spending thousands of pounds going through a traumatic experience and the courts who supposedly should be interested in justice, by omission seem to be penalising the honest people and rewarding the dishonest people who are prepared to lie under oath.

What the hell is wrong with this system, it seems to me that it is designed to line the pockets of the lawyers, barristers and judges by steamrollering us into accepting unrealistic settlements based on fear of how much it will end up costing in the end.

Is this justice?!

END OF RANT

Thanks Wiki, I feel better for getting that off my chest :)
