Hi,

Could someone advise how much it will cost me just to get my case to the First Court Hearing if I''ve already done my form E?

Will it be just the court fee of around £200 or are there other costs to take into consideration?

Are you self repping? if you are using a solicitor/barrister their costs need to be accounted for.

I''m using a solicitor. What would I need to pay her for - is it just her time to send the Form E and application off or is there more for her to do?
