Help! I submitted my form E with full disclosure as the respondent in my divorce. He has however only provided one bank account with 5 months worth of statements, claims to be living on jobseekers allowance of £126 every 2 weeks (thus pays £5/week for 4 kids, has 3 properties. He has listed debts over £80K We separated over 6 yrs ago. Now he wants share of martial home which I raised deposit for mortgaged in my sole name. i did not contest divorce because i thought good riddance to bad rubbish but he has come back to bite me. he doesn''t even see the kids!. What are the essentials to include since this guy has taken me for a mug for over 20yrs

Hi 4futures

You would need to provide a few more details

How long were you married including cohabitation.
How old are you both
How many children and ages
All assets e.g equity, savings etc
respective incomes including benefits
Pensions values
Debts
How big is the FMH, how big is the mortgage if there is one?

Disclosure requires a minimum of 12 months statements you must request this. Are there other bank accounts that you know about? ask for these too, if they have been closed he should produce paperwork to show this. The problem is 6 years is a long time:dry:
