i have been married 20 years have two children under 11 and i work full time and let my wife become a stay at home mom 11 years ago to save our marriage. My wife became addicting to spending and i have proof in her own diaries of 6 physical affairs. I have proof in her diaries of her leaving the kids alone without them knowing to party and have affairs at midnight while i was on night shift. I make 85k per year and the courts system says i will pay 1015.00 per month in child support. In the mediation we offered her the 1015.00 per month CS and 500.00 alimony along with the paid for home of the two we have. We offered her to leave debt free while i assume the 300k in debt. Is this a fair offer. My atty says she will not get that much in court. We are both great parents and love our children. She wants full custody just for more money and im asking for joint custody. What are the likely outcomes of my divorce? The only negative she has on me is her continued accusations of one "possible" affair when i spoke daily to an ex from 27 years ago about my daughters two open heart surguries. It wasnt physical but she seems to think they can make it look that way. I want to know what goes on in the preliminary hearing next week and a final hearing in November? will we actually get up under oath and bring out all this dirty laundry in the preliminary hearing? i do not want her father to hear all she has done because he is the only father i have ever had and i love him dearly. Thanks for any help...btw it is in florida

Hello, and Welcome to Wikivorce.

I''m really sorry but we can only really deal with questions relating to English/Welsh and Scots law, perhaps there is a free law clinic in your area that may be able to advise you?
