Hi come the revolution i can rely on you He he. if it makes you feel any better my divorce cost 80k!!.sounds like you had a pretty ethical family lawyer. I do agree through if someone is in breach of an order there should be consequences . For many people divorce proceedings is their first contact with the legal system, and it is so disappointing and not as portrayed..certainly given the high salaries and training there''s an expectation of ethics, efficiency and professionalism.
I think your main issue here is that you need quick action as the non payment could lead to both of you having a poor credit rating ... is she aware of this? are you absolutely certain she has the means / ability to pay? also have you checked if you can claim your costs eventhough she pays before your case is heard?
You don''t say if the ex has tried to explain why she hasn''t paid or if she is having difficulties, dare i say try and have a conversation about this? or is there just too much acrimony ! sorry can''t give you any technical advice, im just blindly blundering on too.. hoping you get the right advice.

Unfortunately my lovely stbx has already ruined both our credit ratings. She has the means to pay but choses not to do so on time as I think she believes she can get away with it: didn''t make any mortgage payments until repo proceedings were commenced.
I would happily talk to her about the financial side of things but she''s not interested.....

80k i feel a bit sick just reading that, the first port of call with a breach is "money claim online" google it, its actually a centralised court for enforcement, try them first.

But dukey thats surely if the breach is PURELY money related: mine involves transfer of property etc etc as well as getting her to pay the increased costs caused by her breaches....

Quite right QPR it is for PP`s not other orders you will need to go down the D11 route, if the court are very busy you could think about maybe applying to magistrates court which tend to have less of a delay and are more inclined to enforce a county court order.
