Friends,
I am so grateful for the help so far received,
I do have another concern: my sol wants to chase up the Ex for updating his documents, such as missing bank statements--, should I permit my sol to do so?
I am aware that the Ex is self repping,
Is this necessary?
Please do give me your experience, and words of wisdom,, all taken in good faith, Thanks,
Namratha

Your solicitor is perfectly correct in insisting on full and complete disclosure. That is what you pay him for.
The Court must have all the facts concerning the financial position of
both parties.
