I hope someone may be able to help?

I’m rather at a loss as to what to do.

I am the respondent in ancillary relief. We had the FDA hearing a few weeks ago (I did not have to attend in person due to medical reasons) I paid a solicitor just to represent me on the day.
That same solicitor has since put in an application for legal aid for me but have not heard yet about outcome of that.

Orders were made at the hearing to file/serve responses to questionnaires by today (11th July). I have completed this but have no idea about how to format it correctly and am also worried that I’m not able to have a solicitor look over it to make sure it’s ok.
I also have directions/order to file and serve statement dealing with his conduct. (He did something very bad that destroyed our business and affected my income from that and health so it may be taken into account).
I am very concerned about doing that without legal advice.

I have also not yet heard anthing from his solicitor re serving his replies to me etc

Fdr date has come through for end of next month.

I really feel I need to wait until legal aid hopefully is awarded before doing any of these things so that I can have solicitors expertise.

I also need someone to attend court with me due to my medical reasons but no one can in the date the fdr has been set for.

Is there any way to have order dates postponed and fdr relisted? or do I just need to do/send everything myself and hope I’ve done it well enough to not predjudice my position?

I’m so worried about not adhering to the dates set in the order following FDA.

Any advice will be so gratefully received.

Kindest regards and thankyou in advance.
