Hi all,

I had my first hearing cancelled due to corona at the end of March a day before the court appointment so all bundles were issued to the court etc. We have been given a new date of 25th June but still unsure if it will go ahead as no further instructions from the court.

I have just received an email from my ex's solicitor saying we have created a bundle for the court for 25th so please provide a copy of your Chronology, Statement of Issues, Form G, Form H by 4pm today. I wasn't expecting to update mine as nothing much has changed apart from the dates things are happening. Do I need to provide updated paper work or can they use the ones I issued in March?

Slightly panicking now...

Thanks in advance

Sorry you did not get a response sooner. The previous documents should have been fine. It is really only the statement of issues that may change eg if you have resolved any of them ahead of the hearing.
