does anyone know what is Advocates Meeting and what is used for please?
The court has given some instructions prior to FDR hearing and one of them is the above. I cannot find anywhere what it is :(

The advocates are those people representing the parties, solicitors/barristers etc. If you are acting in person you are your own advocate.

The idea of the meeting before the hearing is for the parties to reach an agreement if possible. In the case of the FDR, the parties are meant to negotiate a settlement and seek guidance from the judge if required.
