My STBX has been ordered by the Court to provide me with copies of 11 credit cards and two bank accounts for a period of 26 months.

He has failed to do so on several occasions and we have had several directions hearings and have stopped partway through our final hearing.

He has just sent via his solicitor some of the statements required but he has sent them as a tiff file, not as the online downloaded pdf files. These files are huge and I cannot download them. The one file I did manage was distorted and looked edited. I have asked via his solicitor for either bank copies or pdf download from online banking.

But I have been told I can not have them. If I insist I may be able to have a jpeg file but they will be telling the judge that I am being unreasonable.

I believe he has edited the bank statements and that reason why so many of the credit card statements are missing so I can not track money?

Am I allowed to ask for originals / pdfs from the bank ??

Thanks for any thoughts or advice

They should be unredacted original statements. These can be dowloaded online as PDFs.

If he fails to produce the statements then you have the option to apply to the court for enforcement / directions giving your reasons.
