My Partner as applied for Decree Absolute before the finances been resolved through court does this mean i have lost right to his pension or any future spousal maintenance now.

You can object to the Decree Absolute if financial matters are not yet sorted. This is more likely to be upheld if there are substantial pensions to consider or eg a home rights notice that would end on Decree Absolute.
Even if the Decree Absolute was not granted, it would not end your financial claim. Remarriage can be an issue. A claim remains an option until you have a legally binding settlement although the chance of claiming spousal maintenance in particular would diminish with passage of time.

In response to your post (and your email). You are still entitled to claim a financial settlement. As part of this you can claim a share of his pension.

If you need help to do this you might consider our low cost consultant service .
