Hi there.
I have attended an online 1st FDA hearing on 14 April 2021.
The court has come back to say the next hearing which will be in FDR will be in March 2022 allegedly because of delays because of COVID. I cannot put my life on hold for nearly another year, I'm at the mercy of my narcissitic wife who has got me to ransom living in the marital home, whilst I am homeless, have no job and no money.
Is there a way to ask the court to address my situation, ie by having an emergency court hearing, or obtaining a court cancellation?
I was told that the solicitor can phone around other courts, but I assume because of COVID there will still be massive delays in hearings.
Please help!!
